salesperson I dealt with was experienced knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't try to push anything on me but even though very busy took the time to answer any questions I had about what I came for. This made it more efficient and productive for both of us. Where I come from we only saw Sam Ash online and I was happy to actually be able to visit a physical location and was very pleasantly surprised
Great selection, great customer assistance by staff. I bought a new Yamaha Montage yesterday and Mitch and Brian were both excellent in helping me decide on the purchase and showing me how to use it.

Hunter, at the store in Las Vegas, Nevada, is the most knowledgeable sales person my son and I have ever encountered, she knows her stuff! On top of that she called my son to see how he was enjoying or had questions about his new instrument! I'm so pleased with Sam Ash for having Hunter on their team!
The whole staff is extremely personable and very knowledgeable. I live very close to GC but I gladly make the trip to Smash! In addition, Sam Ash is a real music store, although I play bass(upright and electric) I thoroughly enjoy browsing through the brass section, violins etc. plus a great selection of sheet music.
Parents in Vegas need to go here when shopping around for quality, affordable instruments. I am not sure why instructors/teachers/schools don’t have them listed on their recommended music stores list. Glad I heard about them via word of mouth and not I’m spreading the knowledge! 😉
Excellent the attention of the seller Dayne Thatcher who tried hard to understand us despite not speaking Spanish (we don’t speak english), was very kind and friendly. We bought a beautiful fender Bass at a good price. We are happy to return to Chile 🇺🇸🎶🇨🇱
