Everything was easy to find and the staff was welcoming and always willing to help. I love the new store layout.
We came in without ever playing guitar to buy one. Our sales assistant was nice patient and kind. It would have been nice to have a sales assistant that knew more about guitar. He had more knowledge about bass, however he made the experience fun, and really tried to find the right fit for us. We are happy with our new instrument. Not sure if he was a manager behind us but before we left said there was a case that came with it. They were very genuine and we will come back.
