My whole experience was great! From our first initial phone call with Tony through our shopping experience in store at Maryland Parkyway location. He’s very polite and knowledgeable. We purchased the Yamaha ez300, a nice sturdy stand, electric plug in, and dust cover. It was a very easy set up and got to play right away. It has a beautiful sound! Thank you Tony for this wonderful new beginning/adventure! 🎼🎶
I'm recommending this place for NEW gear only and don't fall for the "restocking fee" if you're not 100% satisfied with the gear... seriously? 100% SATISFACTION GAURANTEED? Ring a bell? If this doesn't apply towards your purchase, plenty of competition online. Unlimited actually.

I went to the Sam Ash store on Maryland Parkway today (January 29 2021) because I was thinking about buying a new guitar. I haven’t played in more than 20 years. When we got there, I was looking at the amazing acoustic, and Ira came in to greet us, and talked to me about a few guitars, and played a bit for me.
