I received a product that was supposed to be new but someone had already registered the serial number, blocking me from using the included software. I contacted support and they friendly worked through it with the manufacturer all day and kept me updated and it was resolved within 24 hrs.
The drum I bought was marked as an “open box” item. Meaning the original box was opened or missing up item is in like new condition. And my drum was in line new condition and extremely well packaged for shipment. Very good transaction all the way around.
