Thanks again Sam Ash and especially Steve Segal for his help getting my Martin D-35. He provided excellent help and I recieved it lightning fast. It came with the battery pack loose inside from Martin probably from shipping being jostled around as I called Steve and he set up for me to take it to Sam Ash here in Indy to be fixed. When I got there the Luthier Grandon Westlund dropped what he was doing immediately and reattached it and I was on my way. I ordered an Ibanez Bass....It came in with some dings and chips on it...I returned it and they made that experience very easy. They took care of business...I will not hesitate to order from them again...I have trust in them.
