The ukulele is in great condition! I love it!
A fantastic sales rep (can’t recall his name) found me the exact guitar that another store had dropped the ball on. Not only that, he found an unopened one still in the box. I received it in a week. Undamaged and just in time for Christmas!! He also followed up with me to make sure everything worked out. A month later he called to tell me he had emailed me a $50 gift card to their stores. No complaints. I had a great experience with Sam Ash!!
The young an that assisted me worked diligently to see if I was due any refund on a tuner product that I had purchased a long time ago. Turns out I was way beyond my warranty so I bought a new one. However, the time he put forth in trying to help me not have to was very much appreciated.

Beautiful Bass. Came a week earlier than expected. My only problem is it was set up so badly it was unplayable. Had to take it to my guitar tech before I could even play.
