Great and easy online ordering and quick shiping but a simple beater/tipper should be included with the Bodhram like other sellers, AND also i dont see any available soft cases from Sam Ash for the Bodhram, that would have been helpfull

The Boss bass amp I bought came super fast and was a great deal. The PRS SE 245 guitar I bought, however, was set up so poorly and just wasn’t as good as I expected. Thats probably less Sam Ash’s fault and more PRS’s fault. However, considering it was supposed to be brand new and appeared to be a floor model, I’m not so sure.

Great and excellent
Glad they added the ability to see stock by store. Wish they had an option to only see in stock items when viewing an entire category though. Super frustrating to have to click each item just to know if it is in my store. When I buy music gear I usually want it right away otherwise I’ll just order from somewhere else
I ordered online and chose to 'pick up from the store', so I did not require much attention. I'm glad the store is there.
Thanks again Sam Ash and especially Steve Segal for his help getting my Martin D-35. He provided excellent help and I recieved it lightning fast. It came with the battery pack loose inside from Martin probably from shipping being jostled around as I called Steve and he set up for me to take it to Sam Ash here in Indy to be fixed. When I got there the Luthier Grandon Westlund dropped what he was doing immediately and reattached it and I was on my way.
