Very good I found everything I needed.
Decided to try Sam Ash for a guitar pedal purchase because of their 45 day return (little longer then the store I usually purchase them from (30 day). Also, I was able to use Rakuten to get 4.5% cash back on my order. On top of that, I used a $20 coupon at check out. I used the free shipping option and had a very welcome surprised when i received my order very next day!

I purchased a Yamaha P145 digital piano after doing much research. The Sam Ash customer service was second to none. I would order from Sam Ash again in a heartbeat. The people who chat online are honest and real. I spoke with them via phone as well. Following the receipt of my order, I received follow-up phone calls checking in. Who does that? Sam Ash.
