We cold-called Darlene after seeing a multitude of her listing signs in the neighborhood. After interviewing her and other agents we felt comfortable with our choice. But, the level of professionalism and communication displayed by Darlene and her team were well beyond expectations. Nothing was ever left to chance and we were continually looped into the process. Excellent! There isn't a superlative radiant enough to describe our experience with Darlene and her staff. Every aspect of selling with her agency was superb. Communication was wonderful: we were always informed and our questions were always addressed immediately. One of the things we liked is that someone from Darlene's office was always at our home when other realtors/clients were on the premises.
