After having written a negative review, I sat down with the service GM, Jim L., and had a long conversation about solutions for the issues I’ve been having. He was extremely helpful and pleasant, even having taken over an hour and a half out of his schedule to be there every step of the way today during my service request. Jim has single handedly changed my mind about Schumacher. I appreciate everything the service department did to help me out today and for the effort made to fix the problems and making a plan to fix the ones remaining. Thank you.

Alright, here’s the thing... Schumacher VW of NPB has been amazing during my entire experience with them to date. The salesman who no longer works there was the only one out of more than half a dozen dealerships who actually helped me and the finance department also moved heaven and earth (from my perspective) to help me get into the car I wanted despite my credit and lack of down payment. The service department staff has been second to none, always squeezing me in at last minute if possible and providing excellent communication about services and procedures. Wilson Lubertine is phenomenal, going above and beyond every time, and Ralph is one of the hardest working people I have seen there. Here is where I have that thing I mentioned above... Since September of 2019, my car has been dealing with 2 major issues that have yet to be fixed, despite the staff trying to help as best as they can. My radio cuts out randomly and has a never ending high pitched “eeeeeeeeee” noise that doesn’t go away until I turn the car off. VW Corporate has been less than helpful, having received the majority of help from Schumacher themselves. The second issue is a nonstop vibration in the steering wheel. I’ve had more tire balance services done than I can count, an alignment, changed the full set of tires twice, and it hasn’t gone away. I’m at my wits end... I have asked to please be taken out of this car and put into a different one. I’ll still drive a VW, they’re great! I just can’t take this radio and vibration issue anymore. I have also asked to have the vehicle bought back so that I can purchase a new VW even from the same dealership. Nothing... no help at all. I’ve been told that VW priority will always be to try and fix the issue. I understand that, truly I do. But at some point we have to realize that the issue can’t be fixed and that we have all spent more money trying to fix the car than the car is worth. Can someone PLEASE, I’m asking as nicely as I can to anyone at Schumacher that can help, please help me fix these issues or help me get into a different VW. Thank you for your time and consideration. Please reward Wilson and Ralph for their amazing customer service and continued help throughout this entire ordeal. 🙌🏼

I just got my second VW atlas from Schumacher NPB. Tray McGhee was my sales man and he was great. I called in advance of my existing lease expiring and told him what I was looking for... he found it right away and worked a great deal for me. Very happy with Schumacher and recommend for sure. Will likely be a life long customer
