Sean and team are outstanding. We used them for our first purchase in Seattle, and then even used them when we moved to California. Sean and his team were excellent to work with and the process of submitting paperwork could not be easier. Anytime I was on the phone with anyone from Capstone it really felt like they were personally vested in making sure I got the best rate and making sure that the purchase limit was realistic and within our monthly budget. They were very open and clear about the costs associated with certain rates and made it easy to understand the terminology used. Best of all they were fast enough that we could close early!
