have been here... (Verified Renter) have been here almost 6 years and plan on staying longer. The people who are now renting aren't as conscientious as to picking up after their dogs,and putting garbage into dumpster.

maintenance service has... (Verified Renter) maintenance service has always been good here. however, I disagree that this is a luxury property. over the last 6 years the quality of the landscaping, trash service, pest control, amenities,(pool, office lounge availability, gym) and front office courtesy and concern has deteriorated

The office personnel... (Verified Renter) The office personnel is very respectful I have never had a problem in this community when something needs to be fixed they do it the same day all and all this is a beautiful place to live
