the complex is... (Verified Renter) the complex is clean, the swimming pool is great. The duck pond is great to walk around and view from the porch. I have recommended to others but the complex was full at the time.

Luxury they are not, but Sign entering the complex says luxury, however cheap plastic toilet seats, faucets that are corroded, old refrigerator that defrosts and leaks all over the place, cheap paint that wipes away when you wipe dirt off the wall, etc...is by far luxury. BUT it is very quite, very safe, beautiful pond, nice pool, clean laundry facility and very, very strict. The office staff are tough, but honestly without them this complex would not be what it is. The location is the best in Myrtle Beach.
