The company is an absolute joke. I paid my rent to them, I reached out on the sixth day, letting them know I never saw it come out of my account and was curious if they had received it. Was never notified it was received now they are charging me at $290 late fee. If you could give 0 stars Id give that. This company is an ABSOLUTE joke. I would never recommend anyone renting from this company. Take your hard earned money elsewhere! If you think they actually care about their tenants, boy are you just wrong. Our dishwasher sat for 6 freaking weeks BROKEN and full of water. Awful company. The reviews are true. My roof leaked for months before being fixed which caused flooding in the sunroom. The company accidentally double credited my account for rent and expected me to call them and tell them and when they found their mistake gave me 4 days to pay it plus a late fee over 45 days after they made the mistake. Horrible company to rent from! They paint a good picture in the beginning to get you locked in! My husband and I came from out of state and moved in, in August 2022 and the house has had nothing but problems from plumbing, to mold (which they refuse to send out a vendor! Apparently that is the tenant responsibility), to our fence not being put in correctly and constantly falling down! I had to call them to complain multiple times to get this fixed for months now! Would give below 1` star if possible. Rented a home from this company, and the furnace stopped working December 7. Notified the company through phone calls and emails and tenant portal messages all with no response back. They only responded when they got an automatic electronic alert that the temperature INSIDE the house had dropped below 46 degrees--like they were surprised. Worst exp ever renting homes that need repair for top dollar and expect u to moss work while they work on it I missed a month and still not fixed I filed paper work to legally end lease by fl law and they sent me a bill . Repair guy was in garage for a few hrs said je fixed the whole house charge me 10k I went over while guy was cutting yard and nothn had been fixed . Fraudulent charges and a very not reputable company ty do not use them at all.

My granddaughter and a roommate rented a house on ***********************************. The garage had been converted to a master bedroom en-suite, with it's own AC unit. The AC did not work when they moved in and it took a month to finally get it fixed. Next came Florida's raining season and so far the MB has flooded 3 times because the yard slopes towards the back door and the water comes through the door. DO NOT rent from this company. They will add fees that are not valid, hold payments without applying to your account, utilities shut off due to them not paying. We have only been here for 6 months and have more issues than a person should have in a lifetime. Please DO NOT put yourself in this nightmare
