My granddaughter and a roommate rented a house on ***********************************. The garage had been converted to a master bedroom en-suite, with it's own AC unit. The AC did not work when they moved in and it took a month to finally get it fixed. Next came Florida's raining season and so far the MB has flooded 3 times because the yard slopes towards the back door and the water comes through the door. DO NOT rent from this company. They will add fees that are not valid, hold payments without applying to your account, utilities shut off due to them not paying. We have only been here for 6 months and have more issues than a person should have in a lifetime. Please DO NOT put yourself in this nightmare

We rented this new construction, beautiful home in North Port, FL. I was assured that it had all utilities available, including internet services. MY mistake, I did not verify and took their word. After signing the lease and payment for deposit and 1st month rent, I started calling for internet service. THERE WERE NO INTERNET SERVICES available at my address. Even Frontier said they could install a 6 meg (old DSL phone line), they came at the house to apologize, they were "capped", leaving us with NO INTERNET. My wife work f... read more

Prior to leasing the home, our agent researched the area for service providers which resulted in 4 companies showing online as providing internet service for that address. This incident is the first that we have heard of this issue with our homes in that area. We are currently working with this resident to provide an amicable solution as well as a solution for any incoming residents moving forward.
