I had an issue with my eviction I called them multiple times to discuss they literally kept ignoring the calls and sending me straight to voicemail. I dont know what type of professional company handles with that way but most definitely a learning experience if you take one thing from this review please do not rent from them the worst ever.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I'd leave negative stars if possible. I moved into my property nearly a year ago, after paying the atrocious fees and deposits. There were no screens in the windows, I put that on my move in inspection paperwork, I still have NO SCREENS! They have sent out numerous people, to which I have utilized my PTO for, with no results. ONE WORD RUN!!!! This company is the absolute worst and we have been having several issues with them since we moved in. Weve had to put in several work orders and they never come when they are supposed to. When they do come you never get a call ahead. Weve had several issues with their online portal and paying rent. We paid the rent on the 3rd and the system didnt take the money out of the account AT ALL. Weve been calling and emailing these horrible people and to no avail have we gotten any responses. As a REALTOR in ************, I live near a property managed by Second Avenue. Their tenant has disrupted our neighborhood of 38 homes with unacceptable behavior, including Spitting at walkers, aggressively yelling and cursing at residents, and improper trash management. Despite multiple city fines and reports to Second Avenue, they have only responded with generic emails and ineffective solutions. I have been renting with Second Avenue since February of this year so about 2 month. And I am about to move out. I had to involve my attorney because of that so many issues found in the house. If I could give a zero review I would… On the day that I moved in the home didn’t have any appliances and apparently they were stolen in between inspection and me moving in!.. Absolutely the worst company. We had the worst smelling water at **** ******** *** ***** **** **that you have ever smelled. You could smell it as soon as you got out of your car. They sent a plumber a couple times who drained the hot water tank and changed a few things. Didn’t correct anything. As we continued to complain they said they didn’t cover stinky water and we could get a house filter !!! Why would we ever pay for a house filter for their house !!!! Horrible company! Charging random outrageous fees and no communication! They tell me one thing and turns out to be another. No one is on the same page! I've never worked with a company who has been this bad before! I WOULD SUGGEST TO NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

An awful experience renting through these people. By far the worst compared to American homes for rent and century 21.The lack of communication from this company in regards to additional charges on top of rent have been non existent. No certified mail and no emails when it comes to additional payments. We had a window replaced but were not quoted a price for replacement or not even informed of the penalties that would be tacked on if this window wasnt paid in full at the next rent payment. This company is horrible they are bad with communication all around. They have charged me 1,500 dollars for two windows replacements. Evan the property manager said it cost that much because it was going to be professionally done. However, after 4 visitor later they came in to do the windows and he only put in plexiglass windows. I asked them if they could explain to me why he left glass all over my floor and why did he only put in plexiglass glass and didn't fix anything else. This was not professionally at all.
