Beware! If youre looking for a nightmare , no hot water, no drainage and no working appliances, then this is it. Ive put in six work orders for the water heater, we have absolutely no hot water. A worker came out and couldnt fix it, its now months of back and forth and still, no hot water. Our bathtub doesnt drain and same with the dishwasher. We had hot water to go out and put in a work request. A plumber was promptly sent out and determined that a new water heater was needed. They sent in a proposal that was denied and thus the cycle started. Everyday we have called for an update. Everyday we are told that the vendor resubmitted and the proposal is under review. Some days the new proposal is denied and a new one has been submitted, but still no approval. Meantime we are in the house with no hot water 3 small children. Second Avenue is very misleading company. They have realtors work for them all over the United States, and these people are not honest about the requirements to go further in finding a home. They mainly help people that has the privilege in have a housing choice voucher. I am regular human being that pays market rent. I did everything that was required for give up all my personal information for me and my parents. I took a risk trusting them. Second Avenue Property Management baited me into visiting their home for a self guided tour. They advertise pet friendly homes until its time to apply. Their pet policy is pedjudice and discriminating. The agent named Gage ***** was not helpful at all. My questions were not answered and avoided. This company is endangering the welfare of my family! Upon moving in, it was informed to ** multiple times via email and phone that it was the tenants responsibility to set up all utilities, electricity included. We did that we went through our own company had our own electricity set up and everything was completely fine. We came home from work today to find the electricity was turned off. Wry poor service, hard to contact anyone. They charge want to charge you for sending out maintenance people to fix their problem. Remember you are renting you dont own the home. When something breaks its on them , not the renter. This is not a good company. They dont care about you.
Worst extortinists in history of ****** people who can barely afford outrageous rents then charging ****** in late fees to boot.. threathting eviction the next day and not cashing money orders on time... theres a name for companies that scare the elderly and children....and get away with it... awful place to rent from

Bad ant problem that the company won't take care of. My kids have been in the house 8 days. They noticed the ants on day 7, but the office was closed. They contacted them the next day. They wouldn't take care of the ants or the gap in the front door where they are entering!
