I have never been more disappointed in a company.I shoulld have seen red flags and trusted my gut when reviewing their lease as it appeared very questionable. I have had issues from day one. They are haggling me about a dishwasher and have penalized me by not allowing me to pay my bill online. They charged me **** dollars for a 400 dishwasher they claimed I broke! We have been without water for two days and continue to be without hot water the entire time. After an old hot water heater was replaced, the plumber left without checking to ensure it was serviced properly. The kitchen and laundry rooms both flooded. The installer returned and vacuumed up the water but unable to complete the installation: stating they needed to get second ave approval before fixing the leak. Dealing with second avenue has been a beyond miserable experience. We went without heat for over a month, as a result of them sending contractor after contractor for quotes, so they could shop around and find the best price. All the while it was 30 degrees outside. They cancelled our ability to pay our rent online because of an issue on their end, and then charged us late fees when the paper money orders we sent in were not there immediately on time. Samantha J**** in Oklahoma is the coldest and worst management specialist I’ve ever communicated with. She was cold, didn’t care about the issues her lack of clarity and communication caused and she doesn’t care about the people she causes housing difficulties for. She’s good at giving her speech and sounding “professional” but she isn’t a good person. Her communication skills are subpar and her follow up with potential residents is even worse. Beware Beware Beware, they are terrible!!! Im a current resident and Ive had the worse experience. Starting with just paying rent, their online portal doesnt work, and then they try and hold you accountable for their portal mistakes. Have to send a money order across ***************** just to pay rent. Charge you $100 of other charges for notices that we never received! If I could leave a 0 star review of this company I would. We have lived in this house for almost a year and a half and have had nothing but issues to the point where I have just given up placing any maintenance calls. We have had electrical issues in this house since the first day we have moved in. We made repeated requests for someone to come and fix this issue. Our heat has been non functional for 3 weeks. A service technician informed us that the furnace was blowing carbon monoxide into our house and turned it off for our safety. They’ve had two technicians come out to do diagnostics and every time we check on the status they say they’re waiting on a quote or something. Wish I could give this company 0 stars very horrible company to rent from they also changed their name to Picket Homes when you move out they try to charge you saying this was damaged or this wasn't cleaned they are a very horrible renter company I recommend no one to rent from these people runnnnnn they plumbing is horrible and they take days to send help when you need plumbing or maintenance done what ever company name you guys go by now I hope they all get closed down
