Horrible service department. Takes advantage of people, lacks integrity and is dishonest. Took advantage of our college age children while getting their car services. Brand new car with a service contract - very disappointing, do not patronize this dealers service department.

Do not buy from here. Trust me when I tell you that. They are the quintessential “car salesman”. Go elsewhere. If you want your family to have a good experience, go elsewhere. They are snakes.

I was sold Toyota Highlander with a previous accident while advertised accident free! The manager I got in touch said it must be a CarFax error but I saw another company auto check verifies the police report. Wr had a deal with the manager that if my carfax dispute would not work I would put negative review back. The dealer also told me they do not make accident free promises but clean carfax but it was advertised as accident free car. This situation lowered resale value of the SUV. This is a unique situation we have seen another time with CarFax. We rely on what CarFax shows and we provide a free copy on our site with all used cars. If your CarFax is different after the fact then CarFax may have updated that based on information that may have been updated after that fact like a police report that closed after the vehicle was sold by us without our knowledge. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I got into a fender bender and they took my American made BEAUTIFUL piece of artwork, mustang. To them to get it fixed. It took me over a month and 6 try’s to try and get my vehicle fixed properly. They did a HORRIBLE JOB and their staff was even worse. It’s already a stressful experience going thru an accident and having to deal with the faulty and DANGEROUS subpar work they do here only made things worse. Victor was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable when we were purchasing our vehicle. He got back to me as soon as he could and even went out of his way to help get my trade in up and running before bringing it to the dealership. However, aside from Victor, the dealership was incredibly difficult to deal with. Terrible experience with the dealship as a whole. This is not a negative comment for Victor what so ever. A week ago, on Monday August 17th, I went to Seminole Toyota to take a look at a vehicle that I found online. My dad had gone the Friday prior to see the vehicle himself, and then felt it was worth my time to go and look at it. First Service Visit - 10k miles I was waiting for the Seminole Toyota customer satisfaction survey to convey my disappointment, but one never came. That in itself tells a story. I took a new Tacoma in for its first oil change and to address several other items including a door rattle, both the collision system and blind spot systems giving warnings on the dash, horrible transmission conditions (a well known issue) and a clip on the rear bumper that they broke when they did a touch up on said bumper at my purchase date. Worst buying experience ever at a car dealership!! Bought 2018 &2020 vehicles and both times they DID NOT HONOR signed purchase order and agreements!! Billed charge card for deposit and 3 weeks later when vehicle arrived added another $500.00 to the signed purchase agreement?? Not once but both times!!

We find your review of your purchase experience unfortunate. Obviously your truck arrived in July, but sales figures were worked in June and we used the June incentive programs in the figures. Our dealer discount amount did not change from June to July, however the manufacturer decreased the dealer incentive by $500 in July.
