I am a Toyota guy. Worked for them in the plant and later at a dealership. I’ve always loved Toyotas - until now. My bad expeirence started 10 000 miles ago. Seminole Toyota put new tires on my Tacoma ( 197000 miles ) - They didnt have the tires I ordered - because they said they ordered the wrong tires - I was heading out on a trip and reluctantly fitted those other tires (Strike 1). I would give them zero stars if allowed. My elderly mother went in there an ordered a Camry. They took advantage of her to upsell her after market items she did not need. I went with her to pick up the car. She had waited months. The could not find the car, even after having pressured her on the phone to come get it as soon as possible. purchased the 2022 4Runner. never once mentioned it purchased the 2022 4Runner. never once mentioned it would be all these extra additional fees added to the - so imagine my surprise when I reviewed all the paperwork once we got home. This is a shady practice especially since you made it seem it was free and didn’t explain not one document I was signing.

Seminole Toyota is the worse dealership I know . I bought a pre-owned car there they didn’t even gave me a key. I had to tape the key if not, I won’t be able to used it at all. I am so disappointed. I won’t buy a car from this dealership again and I will never ever refer them to any families, friends, co-workers and so on.

My husband and I had been trying to test drive a car here since it is a closer dealership to us and had good ratings. We have 3 kids and both work so our time is limited! We would call to find out if they had the car in stock and when it finally was available we went to test drive. We liked it and decided to talk numbers and ultimately buy. Went in and advised the sales person we didn't want some extra add-ons that were on the vehicle and here comes the sales manager. Mark Dalton, He came in very arrogant and just plain rude. Not only was he rude to me but he displayed this whole bravado IN front of my wife and child. I told him that if they take off whatever the dealer installed, we'll purchase the car. Awful customer service! Bought a used 2019 Volvo last Sunday at the dealership. Frank was our sales guy. He was perfectly pleasant to deal with and completed the paperwork which addressed a repair that needed to be made.
