OMGOODNESS. Where do I start? I was shopping online. Then this guy named Gustavo reached out to me. He went ABOVE & BEYOND for me 100% through the whole experience!!! When I told him what vehicle I was looking at he must have rushed out to the parking lot, snatched it up, & he made me a personalized video of it. This website is so flawed there are a lot of fake reviews on here. My experience with this dealership was absolutely horrible. Completely unprofessional, they’re simply out to scam you and if you won’t allow them to scam you they will refuse to sell you the car and ignore you and go on to the next victim who doesn’t know better. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy there are plenty of other Toyota dealerships out there save yourself a lot of money and headaches and avoid Seminole Toyota!

I wasted a lot of time negotiating a price that was x plus tax , tag, and title thinking it was good, only to get hit with a dealer fee in addition of 899.00 as if it was a tax. These sales tactics are totally unethical.

I am sure by now after you have done some shopping for your New Toyota, you have found out each dealer has a dealer fee. Ours is one of the lowest in central Florida. Unless you are tax exempt, there is nothing we can do about tax. Same goes for your tag title, unless you are exempt the state of Florida will charge those. Attempted to buy a 2022 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium; but they attempted to stick me with a $6000 dealer mark up over MSRP. Way underhanded. Buyer beware. A total ripoff attempt.

What's going on with Toyota, they have great cars/trucks, I'm talking about employees(Administration), hustlers all the way, no exception, any chance they have you better bet they will get you. Josh was quick to responding to my inquiry about a new car. If you like price gouging they are the dealership to go with. They wanted $20,000.00 over msrp. Shop around before you buy from them.

I was talking to a Gustavo, I have damaged. credit (590)but I am still able to get approved for loans (I was already approved through capital one). We were talking about a vehicle and after I told the salesman my credit score he stopped texting back. I called up another dealer and will be purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.do not deal with this dealership or Gustavo if you value your money or want to be treated as a normal person.
