For two weeks not able to get a status on my car at the body shop because they never call back even the supervisor never calls back. worst customer service ever
My initial experience was great in 2019, I wish I could remember the girls name so I could give her credit but I don’t believe she’s still there anyways. Used website pricing as bait on me. Made appointment to test drive via web site at 7pm on Tuesday. Price was listed at $18k, confirmed to me in writing via email. By 9am the next morning, price went up exactly $3,500, almost 20%. Nobody contacts me to confirm this price change prior to my 4:45pm appointment. So I didn’t want to but after talking to some other service department and sale department in other dealerships. I have to let every one know to stay from the service department here and the manger few months ago I had a 2022 Toyota Supra 3.0 premium one day my trans went limp mode and went out . Horrible horrible do not waste your time here . They will FORCE. A optional car warranty on you and say the deal will not work without it. They will run your credit several times. I spent Over 7 hours there just for them to tell me i was Not approved . Not to mention before i left The house i received a message saying the deal is good to go come in for an interview. Purchased a used vehicle from them 2 weeks ago. ..salesman I went through said the vehicle was detailed before I bought. Also at the end of the test drive the gas tank was empty but was assured it would be filled before I left with it. I did my own financing prior to make the transaction smooth. So not only did I leave with an extremely dirty truck. But the tank was also empty! Will not use this dealership again for any sales or service.

I just find out the they sale me my car 10 months ago with out tire' sensors and they refused to fix it because I didn't take it back earlier, I trust the inspection they didn't before they sale a car. They should take responsibility for this mistake. I hope there is a way to contact a regional manager because the sales manager and the service manager are not helping me.

Put an offer on a used car 4 times and never heard back. Management is terrible. My son just bought a car on Tuesday and I told him to avoid Seminole Toyota and I will tell that to everyone else.
