I felt very unwelcomed, dismissed, and treated poorly and dismissively by the finance manager. He did not do a good job at communicating nor did he have a friendly accamodating attitude. He seemed angry and didn't really even want to work with me to come to a solution. I did not purchase a vehicle there SIMPLY DUE TO HIS BEHAVIOR. He made me feel very unpleasant. Bad service experience Make sure your car is checked in when you bring to Toyota Service Center and you have the record of what has been done on your car. I had an issue with my car after I dropped off for a regular maintenance. Nothing was wrong prior to that. They had no record of me bringing the car there and who worked on it. Refuses to return calls and deal with issues Wont return multiple messages I've left on his voicemail. I've been trying to make a deal for over a month. I've been lied to repeatedly, mostly by Kyle Chen and Devin Stotts. Sam Bunte has conveniently made himself unavailable. Tried calling management multiple times, left multiple messages. Crap, lying D.Maus Salesman I had a great experience with Johnny Sabol, Mark Dalton & John Gisante @ David Maus Toyota just before April, 2019. The PROBLEM was a salesman named Zain Qui----(something!). He was a lying SOB! He tried to convince me that I had a good deal buying a 2020 Corolla for an O-T-D (Out the door) price of around $30k. In reality I wound up buying the vehicle for $22k+ including Full-warranty coverage and a couple of complimentary services when I bring my car into service after the ToyoCare expires. The guy isn't there to help you I got a car then 3 weeks later was told to come in and finalize the deal. Turns out it was a new deal and with 15 more months and bigger interest rate. Now my good deal went to a bad deal and wasn't aware of that. The whole past of it is I had cosigner and couldn't have got a better deal if they tried but they don't care about that. Got the car before the hurricane then after the hurricane found out that i needed to come IB and sign paperwork. Turn out it was a different deal that i signed up for. I got completely different deal. Super shady business deal would never recommend to anyone.

Was told a vehicle was available and had already been sold. I was contacted by the internet sales manager after inquiring on a vehicle listed on their website. I was told the vehicle was available and was given an appointment time the same day to see the car and test drive it. Not even 2 hours later, my family and I arrived at the dealership ready for the test drive. The sales manager advised the car had been sold the night before and forgot to check properly. Price? This is my second experience with a David Maus store, and found it to be similar to the first. David Maus, Jr. states in his commercial that "we won't lose your business over price." My first experience involved a new vehicle. In short, I was able to purchase the same identical vehicle at a competing dealer for $3,000 less than was offered by Maus.
