Josh was quick to responding to my inquiry about a new car. If you like price gouging they are the dealership to go with. They wanted $20,000.00 over msrp. Shop around before you buy from them.

As you know since you paid a premium for the same model Toyota at another Toyota store. All stores are in different market which warrants different pricing. I was talking to a Gustavo, I have damaged. credit (590)but I am still able to get approved for loans (I was already approved through capital one). We were talking about a vehicle and after I told the salesman my credit score he stopped texting back. I called up another dealer and will be purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.do not deal with this dealership or Gustavo if you value your money or want to be treated as a normal person.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived early. Christian set up our car in the system as it was going to be our first visit. He then states we did not have an oil change at the last visit. I am able to provide proof.we did. Now instead of doing a 20k tuneup. He tells me I need the 30k tune up. No he won't do an oil change as it is 10k miles per oil change. It has only been 5k miles. The only services he is willing to do are the$583 30k miles service. On a car with less than 20k miles.

It is so sad in this day and age when the color of your skin determines the quality of service that you receive. What does service that I receive at this point if I have to inconvenience myself by driving over to the next county To receive service I want to sell the level of ignorance and hate that flows through that company it is so ridiculous at this point the only thing that I can do is keep this company in my prayers

had the worst experience in this dealership. I went to the dealer on Thursday 21st to get an oil change for my car, when I got the car when they finished the service the advisor told me that they are not washing the car anymore but I can use their car wash machine and gave me a code. I used the car wash machine and immediately when it finished I notice that my windshield wipers were not working at all, before placing the car inside the car wash machine they were working perfectly fine, so it means the machine is not working ... read more

Service department very unhelpful and rude. All about the money. Find another dealer. Will be taking my 2021 camery to Orlando.

Purchased a 2021 demo with a few scratches on the front. Seminole Toyota would not fix, but told me they you give me touch-up paint. Surprised they would not repair. Well, paint has never been mailed to me even after several requests. (I live out of town) This simple thing says a lot about Seminole Toyota. Another thing…. They showed we a piece of paper with the actual sticker price. When I demanded to see the actual sticker it was several thousand dollars less than their handwritten paper. My mistake for not walking out.

Buying a car is a major thing like getting married or buying a house. Out of all the places I have leased or purchased a car from Toyota is the worst when it comes to customer service. Bait & switch of sales people. Told Joseph I would let him know Monday. Didn't listen and made a Sunday appointment. Not told of that Apple major component to car. No test drive allowed upon arrival. Dirty car tag put on clean brand new car by Emmanuel. Plus Emmanuel called me Mamma. Signed me up for SiriusXM without my permission two days bef... read more

Disjointed communication. Lack of professionalism. Lack of knowledge of inventory and car functions. Poor negotiation. Would not go back even if there was a deal.
