I had (have) an issue with a piece of trim that has come loose. I came in for routine maintenance, tire rotation, alignment, balance, and asked them to handle the trim piece too. When my work was done, the trim piece looked the same. I checked out and I had to bring up that it looked like nothing had been done. The associate said something like 'oh yeah, it's just a piece of double sided tape. They can't fix it unless you want it Bondo'd in.' Pro: Pleasant staff. Easy to make appointments. The waiting area was clean. Con: Ridiculously long wait for a tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Promised 45 minutes to an hour and it took nearly two hours.

Claimed thy couldn’t reproduce the issue that I brought the vehicle in for. Was forced to get video evidence of the problem. When showing the video, I was subsequently ghosted by the service department. Was forced to take the warranty service to another dealer. Was fixed immediately elsewhere without any issue. Honestly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Routine oil change took over 2 hours. I went to this location over 5 years having excellent experience. This time it was very very disappointing. To wait for over 2 hours for a routine oil change? No, I will have to go to a different place next time.
