My son was in the outpatient program. During the intake i was told insurance would pay everything except about $20 a day. I'm a single mom but that doable so we say ok. A few weeks into the program i am told my insurance doesn't cover this and now have an almost $4000 Bill besides the $1000 I already paid. I never would have agreed to this and they should have told me the truth about the cost before hand. Liars and thieves. All about the money.

This place is stressful as heck... 1.) This place can be so FREAKING hostile half the time. 2.) Staff can be really triggering. 3.) Food is below decent most of the time. 4.) The staff barely are profesional Whalen it comes to their jobs. I wouldn't recommend going here if it were a choice

I am only giving them one star because I don't have an option to give them nothing! This place is ran by a group of incompetent idiots that clearly do not specialize in drug addiction. They gave me the run around about the insurance approval process. They even sent us home knowing my husband was in the throws of detox. I had to call them several times and each time someone said they would call me back. The only one that called back is Phillip - he is a friendly person but was unable to get the answers I needed. DONT SEND YOUR KID HERE This place doesn't help at all. I was a patient here, I know what you're saying oh she was here of course she's not gonna like it. That's a lie this place was just a day care I only saw a therapist for 5 minutes every other day and when I was getting discharged they made me stay two more days even though I was better. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. This hospital is just a really expensive babysitter. They do nothing to help your child overcome their emotions, depression and suicidal thoughts. They only provide a "safe place where they cannot harm themselves." They send you off with no transitional care. They contract out with numerous doctors and providers. Highly not recommend. All this place is, is a business that feeds off the money. When the money's gone, they'll discharge their patient telling the parents and family that he's fine. But how is he fine when you had to sedate him the day before because he was spiraling? It's illogical. This hospital is the worst ever!!!! You will only see your doctor for five minutes a day if that. It's more of a cattle call for insurance payments than for actual patient care and future betterment. The food, if that is what you can call is is barely edible. I was recently admitted here and had a horrible experience. This place is only for drugging ppl up and keeping them as long as they can to collect more money from the insurance companies. The longer you stay the bigger the payout for them! Dr. Ho was my doctor and he was very indirect, dishonest, and displayed not a care in the world about my situation. Don't waste your time! This place is a joke! I would have done better with Google/Web MD than allowing my child to go to this place. Staff/counselor very caring, friendly and helpful. As for the "Dr" well I'll just say I never met her in person and my daughter was discharged after 5 days. Nurse handed me discharge paperwork and that was all folks!
