Terrible Rude and incompetent staff. My case worker was ill informed regarding my insurance and told me I was only eligible for homeless shelters. I have a home. I need treatment. I told her go recheck my insurance then she said ohhhh you're right (I have blue cross blue shield)... she also talked to me once the whole eight days I was there. On Friday she said I couldn't enter Desert Hope because they "don't take people on weekends" which was BS. They're a substance abuse facility. She didn't want to put the extra work in. D... read more

Do not take your loved ones here! They treat them like animals, and the front desk staff is very rude. They give your family members medication they don't even know for what. They can't provided a diagnosis because there is no doctor that can run test. Please, think about it and try somewhere else.

Perhaps the worst care for addicts I have ever experienced. As a family member I can say their communication and care is basically non existent! If you get case worker Alex good luck ever communicating with him. The guy should be fired, but if he isn't ask for a new case worker asap. Even the staff complained about him to me.

As a previous employee of this hospital I will tell you that it is all about the bottom dollar. They pay their staff the bare minimum, give no bonus's, proper raises; however, they are raking it in financially and pay themselves very well. Upper management pretends to care especially if someone with pull comes in and has major complaints, but otherwise those concerns/complaints go unrecognized. They are significantly understaffed in all areas, patients do not get the care they deserve or pay for, and they keep on adding bu... read more

There should be no stars for this hospital , I put on several pairs of pants to make sure nothing bad happened to me one night and when I woke up the next morning several layers of my pants were removed and put in different directions they must have molested me after they gave me sleeping medication's and then they tried to blame me and said that I must have woken up in the middle of the night and removed my clothes which I know I didn't.

Where do I start. I was a patient there summer of 2022. It was the worst experience ever. I was already (down) and this place made me worse. I went there for help. The only help I got was medication. I needed to talk to someone. I had just tried to end my life. I had no one there to talk to. they asked you daily if you were having thoughts of hurting yourself. we watched tv, ate meals, slept. the place was very dirty. we ate our food in a chair in front of the tv. they had a few tables mostly for coloring or putti... read more

There should be a NO STARS OPTION! This is a HORRIBLE PLACE!!! It was the WORSTE experience of my entire Life!!! The staff made me afraid for my life...at one point I was told that I'd be taken 'out into the desert, where no one will be able to find you' and they threatened to Physically harm me! The food is barely edible! There is NO CLEAN DRINKING WATER!!! The ONLY water available is from a small rusting spigot on a juice dispensing machine, you can taster the rust! There are no snacks available between meals. There is N... read more

No one ever wants to find themselves in a situation where they need to be hospitalized for mental health; however if you find yourself or a loved one in that situation I would suggest Spring Mountain over 7 Hills. The first night I was at 7 Hills hospital my back started to spasm. A male staff member made a comment to me about me "needing a massage." I thought it was odd and told the appropriate staff members my concerns. The second night I was there I woke up with severe back pain and needed to get my bed a... read more

Do not let anyone check you into this hospital. If you are suicidal, you will be more so after the abuse that you will be subjected to. I am still suffering from PTSD and I will be contacting a medical malpractice attorney. The cold, the lack of compassion, the Dr who spends 10 minutes with you and then prescribes medicine that makes you throw up. The patient advocate Brandon is not a advocate at all. I watched 3 aids (not nurses) manhandle a 90 lb girl. A huge aid sat on her and pulled down her pants to give her a shot beca... read more
