Do not allow your teens to come here. My son came here and it did not make any difference; it was babysitting. We paid some money upfront, and upon checkout, they owed us almost $600 that was paid extra. Now it's been 2 1/2 months and they still haven't given it back. I keep calling every 2 weeks and they say it's coming. It never does. Do we have to sue to get it back?

My daughter stayed here for 4 days for detox's and I spoke to her therapist asking for help on getting her more treatment which she seemed like she would help but they did not. They released her without calling me with a plan for additional treatment. Once my daughter came home she packed a bag and ran out of the house and is now missing told them this was not enough time for her and they did not listen.

It seemed as though all of us were on the same meds!M. Maybe stronger for some but it's as though the dr had a deal to supply these 3-4meds only. No matter if you were coming off heroin or suffering from PTSD!! I have Celiac Disease and have to eat a gluten free diet. The cooks made sure I had something nice everyday!! However, the kids ate before the adults so there was cereal all over the table tops, chairs and floors. This is such a horrible place to stay at. The pictures are no were close to how horrible it is. Mary Grace is the only person who is close enough to really helping a patient out. The doctors are unprofessional and rude. The nurses often don't care about you and seem irritated if you ask them for anything. The techs are for the most part nice. I never write reviews but I feel I have to share my horrible experience at this hospital. I was admitted on Saturday and released today-after threatening legal action several times. I understand the legal hold; but no one explains anything to you which keeps you in a constant state of anxiety. The doctors come and go as they please, and truly do not care about their patients. My doctor, Rawaf Mufasta, talked to me for about 3 minutes total the entire 3-4 days I was there. He did not look me in the eyes or ask me any question... read more

This was my third admission into a mental facility and second at Seven Hills. Staff are very rude and dont care. They need some serious training or maybe they will be in my shoes one day and see what it is like. I didnt get to choose coming here because they just send you to wherever they want when you are on a mental hold. It feels like you are in jail. First experience was better. There are things you can hurt yourself with but we learn to lookout for eachother. Us patients support eachother which is pretty sad.

My daughter said she felt like she was in jail the first time years ago when going to this place. This place did nothing for her besides the few group sessions that were beneficial. Years later we have realized what self care and healing really means and she still ended up back in there due to postpartum depression recently. This time she said it was better. They were a lot nicer but I do not like that they support and endorse habits like eight cigarette breaks a day instead of more recreation, group,and individual therapies... read more

Worst decision ever!! I was looking for a place where my family member would get some help on her depression and issues she was having. I called asked questions prior to bringing my family member as it was a big step. When we came we were assured that everyday she would be getting treatment, such as seeing a doctor, case manger or therapist as that was my biggest concern. I stayed there for 5 days, we weren't allowed outside, the counseling was awful and more than half of the time it was canceled. We were occupied with movies for the majority of the time. Have fun spending $2,000 so you child can watch movies all day. I wouldn't recommend, if i'm going to be honest with you I feel like I left with more problems than when I checked in.
