This place doesn't care about anyones health and make things worse. They soak your insurance for all they can and won't discharge you if they can keep getting the insurance to approve another 3 day hold but once the insurance declines you are out the door as they only care about money. They lie about everything, including how much you owe so check your insurance before giving them the copay. They neglected and mistreated me due to my type one diabetes. They would refuse to give me insulin when my blood sugar was high. DO NOT GO HERE. The psych gave me geodon which made me have seizures. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Beware of their new "CEO" Naomi Linardo Jones. She pulls your children/loved ones from perfectly good beds in hospitals to "couch" them in her hospital for money. When JC came out to investigate she told them she's never heard of the term "couching" - weird all her staff has and multiple patients whom have been there. The website gives false advertisement. My daughter is in crisis, I called to get information regarding admission. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude and was completely uninterested in helping our situation what so ever. She went on to contradict everything that it says on the website that I inquired about. This woman was arguing with me about the seriousness of my daughters condition. Not happy with the care that my husband received. He lost weight 50 lbs while there, was prescribed multiple unnecessary drugs, and got c. diff. This is the worst facility. I have been told that it is the go to for United Healthcare/HPN so make sure that you voice your concerns about this facility. Check out Sahara Spring Mountain. A much better choice for senior psych care!
When I came here I could their goal was not to help you get better especially the doctor I forgot her name but all she wanted was to keep me their for as long as she could because the longer I stayed the more I have to pay. I had to pretend that everything was so much better but every second I stayed in there made it worse. This was the worst experience of my life . this hospital is terrible . i do not recommend it at all . when i was emitted into this exact location, their were staff putting their hands on kids . I witnessed with my own eyes ... in the play room a 10 year old named mathew get grabbed by the neck of the shirt then lifted up .. then thrown back down . this place is so dirty . it's so nasty . This place is horrible. Do not expect your loved one to receive the help they need from this place. It's more like babysitting than actual mental health services. And don't bring anything you care about along with you. They will steal your clothes and your belongings, even combs and hairbrushes. My loved one was further traumatized after their stay here.
