All I know is that my biological mother had a bad experience there. She said it was a little dirty and they wouldn't let her lay down when she got sick. I haven't been there myself. I prefer Spring Mountain. Basically, I don't know this first hand, this is just what I was told.

This place should be shut down... I was admitted for mental health assistance and it was the WORST experience I ever had. The staff does not care about you or your personal safety. I was so scared that I was going to be raped or attacked by other patients there. If you truly love your loved one and you want them to get help do NOT send them here!!!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A MINUS ---5 STAR I WOULD. I just read the reviews of this place and I had the same experience. Nobody cares they have the air conditioning on so cold there's no way you could get a shower. They'll give you some sandwiches later in the day. The sandwiches are left out 4 hours. Then put back in the refrigerator and then brought out the next night and the next night. There is no treatment you just sit there and watch TV. I asked for an extra blanket and I was told no. My son died 6 days after being released from this place. They were only interested in the insurance money. It was horrible - they sent him home with a bunch of sedatives. What he needed was suboxone or something to help get him off opiates  Yes, they detoxed him - that was it. He never met with a psychiatrist, all he did was go to 12 step meetings. He was there 11 days. Do not send your loved one here.

I stayed there in 2015. The floors in the bathroom were extremely slippery with no rugs or anything to allow one to keep from slipping. I would place handtowels and try to be careful when showering, but there was no lip around the shower, it was open to the rest of the room. I slipped and fell and had to be taken to emergency as I was unconscious. I had stitches in my eyebrow, nose, lips and tongue and they kept me until all of the my riad colorful bruising was gone. This Hospital didn't do much of anything for my son. I will no longer be dealing with this company ever again. He was not diagnosed and the Doctor Who I never met in person, told me to get an IQ. He was put on medication but he was never diagnosed. The doctor put him on medication but never gave a diagnosis of what was going on. They're very heartless and very rude except for the front desk and Jonathan the nurse. He was truly amazing Eddie welcomed us with open arms, good last, and kept me up on everything about my son. This place is so unorganized. My daughter was here for 7 days and every single day I would show up at 4pm for visitation and every single day they would come out at least 10-15 min late to take us back for the visits. On top of that being a horrible time for visits due to traffic and everyone in the city getting off from work, they acted like our time wasn't valuable. Horrible place . I sent my Who I turned caretaker for here. She is dead today. She was treated like garbage. Please if you have a bad experience here File a complaint with the state. It can be done online. Shut these people down!

I'm not satisfied to their process they told me that my son can be discharge at 12:00noon today it's already 2:46 I don't receive any call yet from them ,what's the wait ?
