5 Star : My Experience Every person I dealt with was super nice, the repairs looked great, and it was cleaner inside and out than when you got it. Text updates are nice, although not necessarily accurate. I received a text 5/3 that repairs had started and targeting completion 5/15, and then two on 8th that it was over 50% and still on target for following week, and then that it was completed, making me think the first was just automated based on initial estimate.
