Fast and courteous.
Al was nice to deal with. The tires on the car were supposed to be checked because the low pressure light was on. Was told it should go off after driving a little. When I got the car home I checked the tires. The two front ones were at over 50 psi and the back two were below 20. All should have been 32psi. Someone doesn’t have a clue how to air up tires or they weren’t checked as promised. Even the spare was down 15psi.

Vehicle was done in the time promised. Having to wait for the same person that took your booking to pick up my vehicle is annoying. Especially when you have already spoken with the advisor prior to pick up. It’s not like I am talking to the actual tech who worked on my vehicle. Also at almost $300 for an oil change, tire swap over and a basic visual of breaks and filters (they did not replace anything) you would of thought I might of gotten a vehicle wash included?

Night drop, so written notes on envelope - which were not even read. Brought in the Re-call Problem found upon “complementary” inspection. Scare tactics used to get me to have work done there and then. $700 difference in price quote to that of my mechanic.

Really bad service broke my car parts and after they took it out never told me so I went back today ur service manger was very rude with I think I will never come to ur dealership and I'll make sure u guys get 1 review evyday
