First the vehicle didnt get washed and was told that i would have to request this. After paying and going to my vehicle and opening the door, i noticed that the power seat switch looked like it was broken off and not joined with the side if the seat bracket.i went back and got the advisor to look at for me and after a few mintues he realized that it was not clipped in from the technician installing it. Took car in for service; work done on time; paid; left.
Val who welcomed us was really nice with us. The shuttle driver was also very nice and fun to talk to. It’s the second time we stop there for service. Both time, we’ve been charged for diagnosis and both time we’ve been told they’re not sure what the problem is. Both time we’ve been told we should try to repair something costing roughly $600 but they can’t guarantee that will solve the problem as they are not sure what is the problem. The service was good. But I don’t understand why I had to buy a spare tire. It should come with vehicle I purchased. This vehicle also didn’t come with a block heater and I have to pay for that too. We are in Canada and it should be a necessary part of the vehicle.
Went we. But we still have an odor of the previous owners stale smoke
The service was supposed to take 1.5 hours so I waited for my vehicle. The appointment took 3 hours so all of my other errands had to be postponed. As in the past service was good, but I was extremely disappointed in the underestimated wait time.
the system did not pickup that I had lifetime oil changes and wanted to charge me around $80.00 for service. When I inquired about the paint and undercoating protection, I was told I missed last year and may have to pay to reinstate the service, but was then told they would wave it. I feel that the dealership should advise the client when this needs to be done, as the vehicle is in having servicing done every 6,000 km.
Multiple issues beginning with an incompetent salesman who screwed up on my bill of sale 3 times. (Also misspelled my name and kept getting the wrong address ) Had issues with vehicle that salesman tried to bring me in to get done — without letting service know. Wasted my time going there. Lots of little issues that should have been dealt with before me taking it home. you did well, except i noticed that my wheel alignment was off a couple of days later. will be bringing the vehicle in on May 1st after i get back from vacation to have it looked at
