When I purchased my Sorento they said they would include 12 free oil changes at Sherwood Kia -great we thought. Now when we go in for a free oil change they say we have to pay for a maintenance servicing. First was free great - next $200 and some and this time near $400. Seems a lot to pay for free oil change. Kia is a great car and doesn’t need any real work for a long time. Oil change and recall all done in 1 hour..
Well, I was told my oil change would take 2 hours with the recall, and 4 hours later, I got a phone call it was done. No one told me that the tires were rotated, and needed the lugs tightened, I read that in the bill that night. I was supposed to get a complimentary car wash, and lo and behold, it wasn’t done either. Disappointed this time, Sherwood Kia.
Had a great overall experience! Manny and kiatt both knew what they were doing explaining the vehicle inside and out!
Last winter, my engine check light came on. I was told it was due to loose wire and paid to have it fixed. This winter the same problem occurred, engine light came up, got it checked again, and was told same problem. It costs 90$ to have it checked each time and if it keeps happening each winter, that’s not satisfactory.
Sherwood Park he is phenomenal I Purchased my vehicle there and I absolutely love the customer service they not on the other vehicles phenomenal but their customer service is hands-down the best and they will Work their magic to get you into a vehicle of your dreams.
It was great if do you want vehicle and you appreciate and value good customer service you seriously want to consider purchasing your vehicle at Kia Sherwood Park.
I brought my 2020 Telluride in for an oil change and light recall at 07:45am and was told it would be done in a few hours. I waited for almost 9 hours for it to be done!!! Ruined my ENTIRE day!
Didn't know i had a problem,went for an oil change,kia phoned me to tell me about a leak, another took care of the problem.
