Sheldon was welcoming, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He went through everything with me after the work was done. I was fortunate to have two mechanics working on my vehicle so I was only there for an hour and a half.

I had a wonderful experience getting my windshield replaced at Sherwood KIA. Larry at service was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He went through every detail and most of all, he was not pushy. I did not feel at any point that I was being directed towards signing up for services I did not need.
