My car went in on time and the length of time it took was very reasonable. Service advisor was very helpful and pleasant.

The group at Sherwood Kia were very professional and friendly. It was the first time at this dealership as I have recently moved to Alberta and they were most welcoming. The servicing was done as related and within the timing as described. I also requested pricing on winter rims/tires and was provided 3 pricing quote options. Great Service!

Sorry for the late reply. From booking the appointment with Sheldon to driving the car home, service was on time as advised, car was driven in out of the rain for me to drive out of the bay. Sheldon reviewed the work order in detail to me. Was great dealing with Sheldon.

Excellent service at Sherwood Park Kia. From the moment I called the service department, spoke to Sheldon, I was booked in for service two days later, dropped my suv off, following day for maintenance on my suv. Maintenance was done in outstanding time. When I arrived to pick up the suv, Sheldon went over all details regarding the suv. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks to Sheldon and the mechanics. Suv was also washed.

Sheldon in the service department at Kia Sherwood was phenomenal to work with. He managed to fit me into an appointment with relatively short notice as I live a couple hours from the city, he was sure to keep me up to date as they looked at my vehicle, he was very thorough explaining the issue(s) and he was quick to respond to my questions. I am very pleased with my experience and I would recommend Sherwood Kia to others. I will definitely return for future services. Thank you Sheldon for your honesty!
