The salesman was super helpful a little pushy about the whole process …. Calling me daily to get the sale … When I tried to contact him after about damage to the vehicle that wasn’t disclosed and the spare key not working … ghosts !

Amazing experience with Sherwood Kia, specifically with Service and Kelly! Had purchased a vehicle used, that had a transmission issue that I brought to them. They were able to diagnose it AND repair in the same day, and ended up being cheaper than originally quoted! They also completed a free comprehensive inspection without me even asking! Which helped give me confidence in my purchase. If you need your Kia serviced, and you want honest work done, take it to Kelly!

Kelly the service advisor was very efficient. My car was looked at and parts needed to be ordered. Once parts arrived, I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in and get the service done. I am very satisfied with the service as well as Kelly explaining everything to me

Sheldon was so helpful from start to finish! He was welcoming, very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m not good with vehicles but he made me feel at ease and answered my questions. My tire rotation and winter maintenance jobs were completed in good time. Kelly was pleasant, efficient and helpful. She made sure that my battery level was tested and recorded on my paperwork before I left, after I asked why it was missing.

Had a flat tire, called three Sherwood park tire shops, minimum wait to get a flat fixed two days (ridiculous). Should have called my Sherwood Kia first. In and out in less than an hour. I have always had remarkable service and sales experiences at this dealership. Outstanding!
