I was accidentally booked at a different time (same day, different month) and despite being busy they did the service I needed on my car.

Had a flat tire, called three Sherwood park tire shops, minimum wait to get a flat fixed two days (ridiculous). Should have called my Sherwood Kia first. In and out in less than an hour. I have always had remarkable service and sales experiences at this dealership. Outstanding!

The service department is amazing. The service advisor made sure that we know what the service is going to be and what will be taken care of. If there are any issues he calls and let us know about the cost, time and the need why we need to take care of it. Very happy with the service since 2015.

Thank you so much Sherwood Kia!!! We have a 2013 Kia Optima with 250,000 km. We bought it new from Sherwood Kia. Recently the motor seized and we were looking at options to dispose of the vehicle. A shoutout to Guardian Automotive in West Edmonton who suggested we give Kia a call first. Apparently there had been some issue with the motor for that year. We did that and Kia’s service department was more than helpful. While they couldn’t guarantee that Kia would install a new motor, they suggested that we bring the vehicle... read more
