Let me preface this review by saying that I have had some really bad experiences at Edmonton car lots. My recent experience at Sherwood Kia was absolutely amazing. Everyone was not only very professional, but super personal and extremely helpful. Honesty and integrity are at the for front of their sales strategy. The manager was awesome as well. I'm constantly disappointed by the lack of shuttle or loaner options. I brought my vehicle in due to a recall, some extra consideration as compensation for the inconvenience would be appreciated.
