When I arrived the service dept. was quite busy, but everything went through very quickly. When I picked up the vehicle it was explained to m about everything that was done including a car wash. The latter was a nice surprise. Everyone was extremely courteous in everything that was done for me. Up to this point I have been very happy when I brought each of my vehicle in for service. Our first three Kia’s have great service.

Okay but no phone call back when the job was finished? One fuse to change and I dropped off the vehicle at 9:00 am hoping to pick up by noon.
