Came in for an oil change and was told there was a recall on my vehicle . They had the part so was able to do it. I would just suggest giving a heads up on the recall as my stay doubled in time.

Polite great customer service and timely work
Great service, they finished a long recall and vehicle inspection for me to help identify some issues I was having and explained everything to me when I picked up the vehicle.
Let me preface this review by saying that I have had some really bad experiences at Edmonton car lots. My recent experience at Sherwood Kia was absolutely amazing. Everyone was not only very professional, but super personal and extremely helpful. Honesty and integrity are at the for front of their sales strategy. The manager was awesome as well. I'm constantly disappointed by the lack of shuttle or loaner options. I brought my vehicle in due to a recall, some extra consideration as compensation for the inconvenience would be appreciated.
