I went into Sherwood Kia after talking to the Service girl Tanya and she got me an appointment to get my Kia Soul an inspection for my Insurance! Melvin Senke, the mechanic went through my vehicle and discovered my LF OUTER TIE ROD need to removed and replaced with new! He and the Advisor Laurie, came straight to me and explain everything and I told them to go ahead, get it done. I have always trusted and admire my Sherwood Park Kia to take care of my baby! Another Koodos to the Kia team!
