Kelly the service advisor was very efficient. My car was looked at and parts needed to be ordered. Once parts arrived, I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in and get the service done. I am very satisfied with the service as well as Kelly explaining everything to me

Sheldon was so helpful from start to finish! He was welcoming, very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m not good with vehicles but he made me feel at ease and answered my questions. I was accidentally booked at a different time (same day, different month) and despite being busy they did the service I needed on my car.

My tire rotation and winter maintenance jobs were completed in good time. Kelly was pleasant, efficient and helpful. She made sure that my battery level was tested and recorded on my paperwork before I left, after I asked why it was missing.

Had a flat tire, called three Sherwood park tire shops, minimum wait to get a flat fixed two days (ridiculous). Should have called my Sherwood Kia first. In and out in less than an hour. I have always had remarkable service and sales experiences at this dealership. Outstanding!

The service department is amazing. The service advisor made sure that we know what the service is going to be and what will be taken care of. If there are any issues he calls and let us know about the cost, time and the need why we need to take care of it. Very happy with the service since 2015.
