Friendly in the phone, on time in the clinic, but most of all, very caring when dealing with our elderly dog who is experiencing pain and mobility issues. As we help him get through this stage of life, it’s so very important to have a veterinary support that recognizes what is important, what is necessary, and what will not contribute to a positive outcome. The doctor did not rush us, answered our questions with the detail we needed, and was very considerate of our boy.

Would love to give the staff a huge shoutout for taking care of Ziggy, who against even her own better judgement, ate 2lbs of freshly smoked beef jerky. They took her in right away, spent the day taking care of her while she puked up my hard days work. You guys rock! She doing my great! Thanks All and Happy Holidays
Always great & wonderful service. From the front desk to the Nurse to the Veterinarian; all was professional, nice, and very convenient for "Rolly" and me as we live in the Shoreline area...
Highly recommend using this compassionate and caring animal hospital. Everyone is very kind and understanding.
SCAH has great doctors and the services are reasonably priced. Their staff are pleasant also.

They take time to explain what options are available and listen to the questions being asked. I have never met the vets that have seen my dogs because of covid-19, the protocol requires that a technician from the clinic comes curbside to get your pet. My normal vet had no openings, so I had to look for another vet to see my dogs. I felt helpless not being able to take my sick dog into the vet personally,but had no choice.
