I brought my cat in last week and the staff was all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had bad experiences at the cat clinic right by my house (mainly due to rude staff), and after the service Shoreline Central provided when I went there, I am happy to drive past my cats old clinic and head over to this one instead !

Every time I bring my cat in for care here I am more impressed. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable and organized staff. Never feel rushed. Brought Itsy Bitsy in for a check up with Dr. Paulson today. Total class act.

I have brought my cats and my puppy here. They are super friendly and accommodating. The vets and vet techs seem very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also reasonably priced which is very nice! I will continue to bring my animals here.

I've been going to this location for years despite the new name change it's the same people and they are super kind and nice they assisted me even when I had to put my dog to sleep and several weeks later I received an amazing card with her pop print it really was very touching we take all of her animals to this facility it's easy to get in and out of the lines are never long and the prices are reasonable this to be my number one recommendation for anyone to bring their pets to large or small and the staff and physicians are... read more

Simple medication order for dog flea needs. Rung up to speed due to previous establishment and checkout procedure were swift. This clinic has been a frequent stops for all things pets, and it has delivered on it's care.

All of the staff members are kind and compassionate. Today, I had to have my dog put to sleep. The vet and other staff members were genuinely empathetic of how difficult it can be. I highly recommend this clinic, not only because of the savings but the quality of care. Linda

I was very pleased with the experience of bringing my 3-year old Chihuahua to Value Pet for her spay and umbilical hernia repair. Dr. Ramoutar, who did the surgery, took excellent care of our little pooch. The poor thing was ragged for a day or two, but she recovered quickly thereafter and her incision healed beautifully. This place is true to its name! I would definitely go back for other surgeries or treatments should the need arise.
I saved over $1,000 on my cat's dental procedure (4 teeth extracted plus a cleaning OVER what another vet had estimated. Everyone was very kind and caring. I am happy!
