During after hours on the weekend I was worried about my pups ear and brought him to a 24/7 clinic. He was fine but the next day in the morning I got a call from value pet clinic checking up to make sure he's still fine. :) I thought it was very considerate. And by being affordable, I can priortize my pets health before finances like it should be.
Let's face it. There are times when you cannot afford a full-priced vet. You love your furry friends but funds are tight. Just because you can't afford the usual vet, this doesn't mean your animal companions should receive substandard care. Great experience, they were friendly and very helpful. I was able to get in right away when my cat had an issue. It was my cats first time to the vet and he had some nervous issues and they were so sweet about it. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you
Dr Wilson is amazing. She is friendly and tries to take the time to get to know your pet. Anna and Julia are wonderful. Anna made me feel comfortable and I knew my dog was being well cared for. It's a walk in clinic so sometimes the wait can be long. But the staff is really nice and really care about your pets. Love them!
My dog and cat play pretty rough sometimes and the dog got scratched on the eye. I called Value Pet Clinic and was able to get in right away. The place was easy to find, friendly staff, and prices were great! I will definitely be back!
Value Pet Clinic offers a free exam for first-time pet clients, and also has very good prices. I brought my cat in for a first exam, vaccines, microchipping, and a nail trim. The receptionist, vet assistant, and vet were all very friendly and helpful. They treated my cat professionally and kindly. They explained what they were doing, what the costs would be, and what follow-ups would be needed. I and my kitty, Luna, had an excellent experience at the Value Pet Clinic in Shoreline. One evening I noticed that my kitty had an unusual bump on her side, and that it was tender to the touch. I took Luna in the next morning, and the vet said that she had probably been bitten by another cat, and that the wound was getting infected. I left Luna at the clinic, and they promptly did a minor surgery to lance and clean out the infection site. They gave her some kind of sedative or pain meds, antibiotics, and an ID chip. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Value Pet. We accidently shut our cat's tail in the door and I called Value Pet. We were able to get him seen and stitched up that day. Everyone at Value Pet was so wonderful, gentle and considerate! The Shoreline location is just 1 year old and Spotless. They worked with me on the cost of his surgery. Just overall FABULOUS experience.
Wonderful EVERYTHING! My skittish (but non-aggressive) kitty and I were treated very well by the staff at Value Pet Clinic in Shoreline. The facility was spacious and clean, and relatively quiet at 10am on a Saturday. The receptionist was polite and helpful and quick, and the vet tech (Antony?) was sweet and gentle with my cat.
