They served me an old key lime pie that smelled spoiled
Got a bad oyster last night. Have hardly left hotel room today. Cutting our vacation short and heading home tomorrow. My wife loved the AYCE steamed shrimp, said it's the best P&E shrimp she's ever had, so I'll leave 3 stars.
The service was poor and so was the food. The food took forever to come out and it was cold. The portion size was small also.
Well after reading these reviews it seems my experience was the same. I was at the bar 10 min waiting on service and then a white woman walks and she is checked on immediately. While everyone one else including the manager Zack looks over me while I'm standing there including Kristy at the bar. Over $30 for 2 Shrimp po boys with fries and a Kids meal is kind of crazy. No drinks, no desserts. What place doesn't serve fries or a side with a sandwich entree? The staff and service was great, the food was good, but the prices are too much for this type of establishment. Most restaurants for 2 sandwiches and a kids meal is around $20.

We have always enjoyed eating at this chain in Gulf Shores and Tuscaloosa, however this Irondale location had the worst service that we have ever seen! The waitress wasn't inclined at all to do a good job. She sat at the bar during most of the time we were there on her cell phone! The people beside us complained so harshly the manager credited their entire bill. He then proceeded to scold the waitress in front of the entire restaurant. Terrible, Terrible service and management. We will NOT be back to this location!
Only 8 tables with customers, 5 waitress working and it took 45 minutes to get our food. One basket did not have any hush puppies, the waiter filled my Sprite glass with water, they did not bring any forks, I had to go ask for them and we had to ask 3 times for a to go box. The waiter stumbled around and bumped into me while I was sitting. Not sure if he was drunk, high or just clumsy. Sorry but next time it's either Red Lobster or Captain D's because I won't be back.
The food was perfectly Ok,but the service was horrible. Extremely slow and our waiter acted like he wished he were somewhere else. Did not smile once and was borderline rude.
