it has gone downhill. I went to street vibrations. when I made my reservation they quoted me the wrong price it was a hassle at the counter. then my first night the room had no air conditioner it was a horrible night sleep I told the counter about it they said they will fix it. just to come back to the room with no air and not fixed and I complained about it it was just a hassle that I had to change my room after a full day of riding very disappointed with this place never again!!!! you would think for a casino the rooms w... read more

Be careful with surprisingly unfair extra charges that will be done to your credit card – I am very disappointed at the hotel; my good experience during the stay was blurred by an unjustified charge made to my credit card. I was told at check in that my credit card was only going to be held and at check-out I could confirm to pay with it or in cash, I paid in cash for the complete stay PLUS taxes and fees, and surprisingly today I see my balance and I was charged for the COMPLETE STAY on my credit card! DONT NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE SHITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO BE BITTEN BY BED BUGS!!!!! I always stay at the el darado but the room we wanted was booked but silver legacy had a few left. So after checking the website it was basically the same room and they had a pool and everything as well. the pool is under construction but wasn’t mentioned in website and we didn’t know till the second day until we get in one of the elevators and seen pool level 4 so we went to push it and got stuck in elevator on floor 4 it happened to... read more
