Very Good They had 2 elevators working. It took 20-30 min just to get to lobby and there was no stair access to lobby. Rooms were nice and clean

Good Parking lot elevators were disgustingly dirty and not well maintained Hotel front desk staff were very blah and uninviting Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff on the phone was courteous and helpful
