What do you want me to say Room was perfect. I was very disappointed when I checked in because I requested a room with the bathtub and she said she didn’t have it and I said the money was in the option. Then she said decided that yeah she has a room with the bathtub. I was very unpleased about it. First of all we have money to pay for the hotel and the lady the receptionist was very rude. We waren er tijdens Reno Hot August Nights. Volgende keer zeker weer deze accomodatie De parkeergarage Netheid en de goede restaurants in het resort
Great price and clean, comfortable room. We stayed here twice and both times there were long lines to check in. They need more staff or make the self check-in kiosk easier to use. Room was clean and comfortable.
