We stayed here for my wife’s birthday and had a terrible room, very dirty and gross they didn’t have another room available so we asked to have it cleaned. Nothing changed. We had a good time on the casino floor, however the good experience was then again over shadowed by yet another negative. I reserved tickets through the casino a month in advance for Josh Turner, showed up to pick them up and wouldn’t you know it they had no tickets left , I thought reserved meant set aside but I guess that’s not the case.
