Had them call me for an appointment which I made with her then I had a billing question so she transferred me and thats when I was on hold for over 30 minutes without someone answering and I tried calling every number possible with still no answer. I went on their website and canceled the appointment and it gave me another number to call with no answer. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They called today to confirm that I was coming!!!
I would not even give them a one star, just trying to log in with correct password is a nightmare, you make an appointment and still it takes over an hour and half to get in if your lucky. Try to contact even through on their online chat what a joke it only allows for certain criteria's and even than you left hanging, they over book causing a long wait time hours, can't even get any help on the phone either it takes multiple attempts being transferred from all over the place. Worst imaging facilities in ********* *******. Constantly kept cancellation of appointments. Facility in Hunter Creek beyond worst. Thier open MRI and X-ray constantly down. Their staff is just nasty with no customer services. They all need to be fired. Call and called ********* Regional managers cannot get to speak to them. They both hide behind voice mails.
Absolutely worst imaging facility I ever been to . Had appt. Did things THEIR WAY and filled out paperwork online that took half hour . Then show up early and had to repeat paperwork again. Then was taken back later than appt. time, and no no one else was there. Not a single patient. Then took 3 pokes for IV and no vein issues. Get poked all the time and always get on first try. Continuously cancel appointments that have spent weeks waiting for. The reason is the same broken machine, they wait for the day of the appointment to cancel even though I called the day before to confirm. The rescheduling of appointments are weeks apart so your left waiting weeks to actually get in and it doesnt matter if your in pain.
SimonMed sent letter, that arrived on a Friday, stating the imaging I had made an appointment for (the following Monday) needed prior approval from the insurance company and wanted my doctor to respond by Sunday. Needless to say SimonMed's time line was an impossibility. Also my insurance does not require prior approval. So I call and make another appoint which they cancel for the same reason. Originally I was supposed to have a arthrogram with contrast on my hip at the ******** ****** location. I was initially scheduled without contrast. Luckily I verified that before the appointment. They said it was not ordered with contrast, but I know my doctor did order with contrast. It was on the order and it got missed.Literally as my husband was driving me down for the appointment, after he and I both took days off work, and I medicated for anxiety, I got a call saying they have to cancel my appointment , that they don't... read more
Worst place ever. Very unorganized and have no clue. Had to call multiple times for my appointment which was faxed over. They sent me a link to fill out paperwork on line and download my insurance info......which I did. The day before I received a call verifying my appointment. She stated to arrive 30 min early to fill out paperwork. I advised I had filled out online......she said oh I do see that. Arrived 35 min early for appt and office has no clue. They verified nothing. This is the ***** place I've ever been, medically speaking that is, and that is saying something. This place should be stripped of their license. They are rude, incompetent, unprofessional. I waited in line for 30 minutes to check in, even though I had supposedly checked in online. What a joke. Four people sitting around behind the counter and only one working.
